Exercise rep counters and hold timers
These are all 75 exercises FitnessBruh counts: curls, presses, push ups and pull ups, squats and lunges, sit ups, and timed holds like the plank and wall sit. Each one has its own page with where the phone goes, which way to face it, the form cues that matter, the mistakes that cost you reps, and exactly what counts as a rep (or what keeps a hold's clock running).
Counting is hands-free. Prop your phone at chest height against a water bottle, a wall or a shoe, step back until your body is in view, and start the set. Pose tracking runs on your phone (no video ever leaves it), and the coach calls every rep out loud, so you never look at the screen. Holds get a timer instead of a count.
To pick one, start with the muscle group you're training today, then open its page and check the setup before your first set.
